Based upon the specific task TSPE conducts on-site field reconnaissance and, where required, prepares Field Change Sheets modifying pertinent Contract plan sheets in response to unanticipated and/or varying field conditions or changes in construction procedures. TSPE provides design response to unanticipated or changed field conditions, analyzes and participates in proposed design changes, and interprets design plans.
